07AC91 GJR5252300R0101 is an ABB AC31 series CS31 bus remote hybrid analog I/O module. The module is powered by 24V DC and features electrical isolation between the bus and I/O, self-diagnosis for disconnection and over-range, DIN rail installation, and convenient maintenance. As a distributed remote I/O unit, it collects signals from sensors such as temperature, pressure and liquid level nearby and outputs analog signals to control regulating valves and frequency converters. 2. The analog control output converts the digital instructions issued by the PLC and the controller into 4~20mA / ±10V analog signals to control on-site actuators such as regulating valves, frequency converters, and electric actuators.
3. The CS31 bus remote I/O communication, as a distributed remote station of AC31, forms a CS31 bus network with the AC31 master station CPU, achieving long-distance on-site signal collection and reducing a large amount of hard wires from the control cabinet to the site.
4. Hardware self-diagnosis and fault reporting channel disconnection, signal over-range detection module power supply failure, bus communication failure detection faults are indicated by the red light on the panel, and the diagnosis word is uploaded to the controller for upper-level alarm.
5. Channel mode configuration switching can be achieved by dial-dialing to select either 8AI+8AO or 16 configurable channels, adapting to different point requirements.

Important Notes
1. The bus is a CS31 private bus and cannot be directly connected to Profibus, Modbus, S800 I/O, or AC800M. It can only be paired with the AC31 main controller.
2. The maximum length of the analog cable is recommended to be ≤100 meters. Long cables are prone to introducing interference and require strict shielding and grounding.
3. It is only for installation inside the cabinet and must not be used in explosion-proof hazardous areas unless an additional explosion-proof installation housing version is provided.
