ABB IEPAS02 incorporates an EMI filter circuit that suppresses electromagnetic interference in the 10kHz to 10MHz range, ensuring power purity.

ABB IEPAS02 provides comprehensive protection against overloads, short circuits, overvoltage, and undervoltage, automatically cutting off output and triggering an alarm signal in case of a fault.

ABB IEPAS02 features temperature monitoring functionality, automatically reducing load or shutting down when module temperature exceeds 85°C to prevent overheating damage.

ABB IEPAS02 conversion efficiency is >85%, with some models achieving over 92%, significantly reducing energy consumption and operational costs. It has a wide input voltage range (85-264V AC), suitable for power grid conditions in various regions worldwide.

ABB IEPAS02 supports the Modbus RTU protocol, enabling remote monitoring of output voltage, current, and fault status, facilitating predictive maintenance. It supports hot-swapping, allowing maintenance without shutdown.

Product Using Principle

ABB IEPAS02 achieves power conversion through a multi-stage conversion circuit:  

Input filtering: Suppresses grid noise and surges using an LC filter.  

AC/DC rectification: Converts AC power to DC power using a bridge rectifier.

DC/DC Regulation: Achieves multiple DC voltage outputs with PWM controller and high-frequency transformer, with accuracy up to ±1%.  

Redundancy and Protection: When redundant modules operate in parallel, load balancing is achieved via diodes or controllers, in case of failure, the system automatically switches to the standby module.
