Product Overview

The IS400TCASH1AFD is part of the PCAA core analog module in the General Electric (GE) Mark VIe control system. It is a high-performance, high-reliability, industrial-grade analog signal input/output module. Designed for gas turbine control systems, it provides extensive analog signal processing capabilities and supports interfacing with a variety of industrial sensors and actuators, including thermocouples, 4-20mA current loops, LVDTs (Linear Variable Differential Transformers), servo drives, and vibration (seismic) signals.

Thermocouple Inputs: Supports up to 25 thermocouple signals (types include E, J, K, T, and S).

Analog Inputs: 10 4-20mA current inputs, two of which can be configured as 4-20mA or ±10V voltage inputs.

Analog Outputs: Two 4-20mA outputs and three redundant (TMR) 4-20mA outputs (via TCAT).

LVDT Interfaces: Six LVDT excitation outputs and 12 LVDT feedback inputs.
