Product Using Principle

The external sensor signals are conditioned by a differential amplifier, converted into digital values by an ADC, filtered to eliminate noise, and finally mapped to the drive's control parameters.  

The encoder feedback signals are input via a high-speed counter, compared with the target position to generate an error signal, and then processed by a PID algorithm to output a PWM signal to the drive inverter.

ABB SNAT7640 3BSE003195R supports over 200 parameters configurable via DriveWindow software, including control mode (position/speed/torque), gain adjustment, and alarm thresholds. It supports parameter backup and remote download, as well as Modbus register read/write (address range 40001-49999).
