Flexible Cluster Configuration: Flexible cluster number from 1 to 7 across the optical module bus with rotary switch on the back allowing for more diverse setup for different network topologies.

Isolation Power Supply: ABB TB820V2 provides isolated power supply to I/O modules, enhancing the anti-interference ability of the system and the stability of power supply.

Dual interface: The power of a logically identical bus with electrical and optical interfaces, for example up to 12 I/O modules can be connected to the electrical module bus and up to seven clusters can be connected to the optical module bus.

Communication Failure: Verify the connection and damage of the fiber optic cable of ABB TB820V2. Verify if the communication protocol settings are accurate and if there is electromagnetic interference causing issues with communication.

Power Failure: Check if the 24V power supply voltage is normal and the power supply circuit is open or short circuit.

Module Detection Error：Ensure ABB TB820V2 connected to the module bus are installed and working. Check if the module address settings are correct and if the TB820V2 rotary switch is properly set.
