Installation Guide
Reverse Mount Feature: The probe is designed for reverse mounting (threads on the tip side), making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The probe sleeve provides protection during installation.
Recommended Accessories:
Mounting Bracket: This includes the aluminum threaded mounting bracket (137492-01 for 3/8-24 threads) with a safety wire hole.
Cable Management: Use silicone self-adhesive tape (03200006) or a connector protector; however, the reverse mount version does not support the built-in protector.
Torque Application: Use a torque wrench and adhere to the recommended 7.5 N·m (66 in·lbf). Avoid exceeding the maximum of 22.6 N·m to prevent thread damage.
Gap Setting: The recommended gap for radial vibration is -9 Vdc (approximately 1.27 mm). Calibration to AISI 4140 steel is required (factory default).
