Brand: Bently Nevada Description:133819-01 Condition:New Certificate:COO TEST REPORT WARRANTY LETTER Warranty:1 year Inventory Qty:4 Payment term:T/T Shipping Port:Xiamen 133819-01 is a 6-channel temperature monitoring card for the 3500 unit Protection System (TSI), is a non-isolated RTD/TC module and an internal terminal version. It can be connected to RTD thermal resistors and TC thermocouples. The same module with 6 channels can mix RTD/TC signals
Bently Nevada 133819-01 is Bentley 3500/60-01-00, a 6-channel non-isolated built-in terminal temperature monitoring card for the 3500 TSI system. The module supports RTD and K/J/E/T type thermocouples such as Pt100, and can be mixed with sensors. It features temperature collection, open circuit/short circuit diagnosis, and two-level alarm protection functions. It supports single-point and temperature difference monitoring, complies with API670 standards, and can achieve SIL2 protection through TMR triple redundancy. No 4-20mA analog output, rack slot installation, supports hot plugging. It is mostly used for monitoring the temperature of bearings in steam turbines and centrifugal compressors. When the limit is exceeded, the hard contact point is output to the ETS to complete the alarm or trip protection of the unit.

Product Features
1. The 6-channel temperature acquisition and signal conditioning are connected to the thermal resistor/thermocouple to complete signal amplification, cold junction compensation, and disconnection detection. It can measure single-point temperature and also be configured with temperature difference monitoring.
2. It can be programmed with two-level alarm and protection logic. Each channel is independently set with Alert warning and Danger shutdown threshold. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the module will upload the alarm signal to the rack, driving the 3500 relay module to output hard contacts, triggering the unit to alarm or shut down for protection, which complies with the API670 rotating machinery protection specification.
3. Sensor self-diagnosis automatically detects sensor disconnection, short circuit and line faults. The fault status is uploaded to the upper-level software to avoid false protection.
4. The temperature values and alarm status of the data are uploaded to the 3500 configuration software or the upper computer /historians through the 3500 rack communication module for equipment status monitoring.
5. TMR three-mode redundancy support: For important units, three 3500/60 TMR units can be installed in groups, with a three-to-two voting method, eliminating single-point failures and enhancing protection reliability. SIL2 application scenarios.
Note: 3500/60 does not have a 4-20mA output. If you need to supply analog quantities to the DCS, use 3500/61.
Product Usage
The rack-mounted 3500 system is a modular rack: rack power module + communication module + monitoring card + relay module. 3500/60 insert into the rack slot, backplane bus communication. In the TMR redundancy scenario, three 3500/60 blocks must be installed adjacent to each other.
2. Sensor wiring 133819-01 internal terminal Pt100: It is recommended to use a 3-wire system to reduce lead resistance error. TC thermocouple: The compensating wire is directly connected to the module terminal.
When multiple TC channels share the ground, the non-isolated version 133819-01 is prone to introduce ground loop interference. In situations where there are many thermocouples, it is recommended to switch to the isolated version.
3. Software Configuration
1. The software connects to the rack and recognizes 3500/60 modules;
2. Sensor types configured channel by channel: Pt100 / K-type TC, etc.
3. Set alarm and dangerous shutdown temperature thresholds; Single-point temperature or temperature difference mode can be selected.
4. Set up sensor fault detection for disconnection and short circuit;
5. Download the configuration to the rack and save the configuration.
6. Test: Simulate temperature exceeding the limit and verify the alarm and relay output actions.
4. The system links the temperature alarm/danger signal → the backplane of the rack → the hard contact of the 3500 relay module → to the emergency trip system of the unit PLC/ETS to achieve alarm or shutdown protection. Meanwhile, the temperature data is uploaded to the monitoring screen.
5. Maintain the on-board indicator lights of the module: module normal, channel alarm, channel fault; Faults can be replaced online (hot swapping, supported by 3500 racks).
