Product Features
Bently Nevada 990-05-50-01-00 has a built-in Proximitor sensor, eliminating the need for an external unit and simplifying installation.
Bently Nevada 990-05-50-01-00 provides non-isolated “PROX OUT” terminals and coaxial connectors to output dynamic vibration and gap voltage signals to support troubleshooting (isolation required with test adapter)
Bently Nevada 990-05-50-01-00 has non-interacting zero and range potentiometers under the label to support loop signal conditioning, and test input pins to quickly verify the output signal with a function generator.
Bently Nevada 990-05-50-01-00 has a “Not OK/Signal Defeat” circuit that prevents high outputs or false alarms in the event of a probe failure or loose connection.
Bently Nevada 990-05-50-01-00 comes standard with 35 mm DIN rail clamps or through-plate screws for different scenarios.
Bently Nevada 990-05-50-01-00 is potting-enclosed and designed to withstand the rigors of 100% condensation and humidity.
Bently Nevada 990-05-50-01-00 is compatible with 3300 NSv proximity probes, making it ideal for installations where space is at a premium.
Product Using Principle
Bently Nevada 990-05-50-01-00 Vibration Transmitter is realized based on the eddy current effect with the following workflow:
1.The 3300 NSv proximity probe forms a gap with the conductive surface of the device under test (e.g., a journal), and the probe generates a high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field;
2.The surface under test induces eddy currents, the intensity of which changes with the gap (vibration leads to dynamic changes in the gap), so that the electrical signal output from the probe changes accordingly;
3.The transmitter receives the probe signal, which is processed and converted into a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the peak-to-peak vibration amplitude (0-5 mils pp), and outputted to the control system for alarm and logic judgment;
4.At the same time through the “PROX OUT” interface output raw dynamic signal for diagnostic equipment analysis (need to cooperate with 122115- 01 test adapter to achieve isolation and the test adapter to achieve isolation and the test adapter. 01 test adapter for isolation and signal calibration).
