Usage Parameters

Power Requirements: Honeywell 10201/2/1 should have a 5 VDC power supply with a minimum current of 25 mA; in addition, an internal 24 VDC (25 mA) and an external 24 VDC (70 mA) are required without output load. The design of multiple power supplies will provide stable operating functions for a range of materials within the module. 

Output Channels: There are eight output channels, each rated at 24 VDC, 550 mA. Each channel drives resistive loads (such as lamps) or inductive loads (such as solenoids) with fairly high efficiency. For inductive loads, each output has a built-in suppression diode to prevent circuit failure.

Output Specifications: The output is a 24 VDC solid-state power supply that allows short circuits to provide reliable output power for a variety of connected devices. The maximum lamp load is 120 ma (2.9 w) and the maximum allowable load capacitance is 1 µF. The voltage drop is much less than 2.0 VDC at 500 mA, the shutdown current is 0.1 mA, and the watchdog current is 8 mA.
