Smart building field：In larger commercial buildings and a smart park, utilizes Honeywell TK-CCR013 to interconnect HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) with the lighting units, water supply and drainage systems, and sprinkler-operating controls for elevator operation, among other things. For instance, through the Honeywell TK-CCR013, the central air conditioning controller is connected to the temperature sensors and fan coil controllers in each zone; this setup allows the air conditioning systems to automatically adjust for temperature and air supply in accordance with the indoor and outdoor environments, as well as personnel activity. The lighting system's dimming controller is connected to both the human body sensing sensor and the light intensity sensor for the intelligent lighting control to improve energy efficiency and comfort in the building.
