This module adopts a highly integrated pluggable design, integrating high-performance IGCT power semiconductors, dedicated gate driver circuits, local control processors (GVC), as well as necessary power and communication interfaces into a compact package. Each ACS 6000 inverter is composed of multiple such modules stacked in a specific topological structure (such as NPC) to achieve medium-voltage high-power output.
