Product Features

Bently Nevada 200350-01-00-CN Strong versatility: Fully sealed, stainless steel housing, with a protection class of IP68, can be used in a humidity environment of 100% condensation (not submerged), resistant to high pressure water flushing and dust, suitable for severe industrial environment, can withstand 5,000 g peak impact, high mechanical strength, strong anti-vibration interference.

Bently Nevada 200350-01-00-CN comes with 1/4-28 twist M6×1.00 stainless steel mounting studs (AA=01), has a wide-ranging mounting approach possibility (bolt-on, mag base, etc), can fit a variety of equipment surfaces (flat or curved), and top 2-pin connector for rapid plug in and out of signal cables for simple installing and exchanging.

Bently Nevada 200350-01-00-CN features the built-in piezoelectric sensing element, capable to convert the charge that is generated by vibration directly into differential voltage signal representing the acceleration of the relay, with shear sensing geometry ( Sensing Geometry: Shear) to ensure stable measurement.

Product Using Principle

Bently Nevada 200350-01-00-CN has a sensing mechanism whereby a piezoelectric element generates an electrical charge under the action of vibration, which is converted by built-in circuitry into a differential voltage signal, the amplitude of which is proportional to the acceleration in the direction of the sensitive axis.

The signal amplitude is proportional to the acceleration in the direction of the sensitive axis. Bently Nevada 200350-01-00-CN is capable of signal transmission, with the voltage signal being transmitted via a 2-conductor shielded cable (with MIL-C-5015 connector) to the input card of the Trendmaster Pro system, enabling vibration data to be collected and analyzed.

Bently Nevada 200350-01-00-CN is important to ensure that the sensor's sensitive axis is aligned with the direction of vibration of the target, and that the installation torque is controlled to 2-5 ft-lb (2.7-6.8 N・m) to avoid performance degradation due to over-tightening.
