Product Features

Bently Nevada 330425-02-CN with a measurement range of up to 75 g peak (735 m/s²) and a sensitivity of 25 mV/g (2.5 mV/m/s²), it meets the high vibration amplitude monitoring needs of large machinery. Amplitude linearity of ±1% (over the 0-75 g peak range) ensures signal accuracy.

Bently Nevada 330425-02-CN has a frequency response range of 10 Hz~15 kHz (±3 dB) and an error of ±10% within 30 Hz~10 kHz, which can capture high-frequency vibration signals such as gear meshing and bearing failures.

Bently Nevada 330425-02-CN has a fully sealed design (IP68 rating, sensor body), resistant to 100% condensation and humidity, can be in a humid, dusty environment for long-term work, the operating temperature range of - 55 ° C ~ +121 ° C (-67 ° F ~ +250 ° F), the same storage temperature, to adapt to the extreme conditions of the work, shock resistance of up to 5,000 g peak, anti-magnetic field interference (< 225 mg / gauss @50- 60Hz), to ensure that the harsh environment of vibration signals, such as gear mesh and bearing faults. 60Hz), ensuring signal stability in harsh environments.

Bently Nevada 330425-02-CN features M8×1 one-piece stud mounting, supports mounting in any direction, recommended tightening torque of 4.1 N・m (3.0 ft・lb), and case isolated to minimize ground interference.

Product Using Principle

Bently Nevada 330425-02-CN works on the basis of the piezoelectric effect. The sensor has a built-in piezoelectric crystal, which deforms due to acceleration when mechanical vibration is transmitted to the housing and outputs an electrical signal (voltage) proportional to the vibration acceleration.

The signal is transmitted via cable to a monitoring system (e.g. 3500 Machinery Protection System), which analyzes the amplitude, frequency and other characteristics of the signal and determines whether there are any faults in the equipment such as imbalance, misalignment, wear of gears, etc.
