Product Features

Bently Nevada 3500/22-01-01-CN supports static data (such as monitoring value, nX amplitude and phase), dynamic waveform data and high-resolution transient data acquisition (need to be matched with optional “Channel Enable Disk”);

Bently Nevada 3500/22-01-01-CN can synchronously capture 48 channels of waveform data, and supports both synchronous (sampling by rotational speed) and asynchronous (sampling by frequency range) modes to meet the needs of high-frequency signal analysis, such as gear meshing and bearing failure.

With incremental acquisition by speed or time, Bently Nevada 3500/22-01-01-CN supports independent programming of ramp-up and ramp-down intervals, and it can capture static data 10 minutes before (1-second interval) and 1 minute after an alarm, and waveform data 2.5 minutes before and 1 minute after an alarm (10-second interval), which helps to trace faults.

Bently Nevada 3500/22-01-01-CN is equipped with 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet (RJ-45 connector) and USB-B front-end configuration ports, supports TCP/IP protocol, compatible with BN Host and BN TDI communication protocols, and supports fiber optic expansion (requires corresponding I/O modules), with a maximum transmission distance of up to 2,000 meters (multimode fiber).

Its status indicators are OK (normal operation), TX/RX (communication status), TM (Trip Multiply mode), and CONFIG OK (configuration valid).

Bently Nevada 3500/22-01-01-CN has control indicators such as the rack reset button (clears alarms), address switch (sets 127 selectable addresses), and configuration lock (RUN mode locks the configuration, PROGRAM mode allows remote configuration).

Product Using Principle

Bently Nevada 3500/22-01-01-CN serves as the “data hub” of the 3500 monitoring system, and its workflow is as follows:

Data Acquisition:

acquires static data (e.g., vibration amplitude, phase) and dynamic waveform data in real time from M-Series monitors via the rack's internal bus.

Data Processing:

classifies (steady state/transient) and time stamps (in conjunction with Keyphasor signal synchronization) the acquired data and stores it in the internal memory.

Data transfer:

uploads data to System 1 or configuration software via 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet, supporting real-time monitoring and historical data analysis.

Status feedback:

outputs the operating status of the modules and racks via LEDs and OK relays to ensure system traceability.

Its core advantage is to realize the efficient collection and transmission of full-volume data without interfering with the mechanical protection function, providing complete data support for equipment fault diagnosis.
