Product Features


1. The process control operation performs PID closed-loop regulation, cascade control, ratio control, sequential logic, and interlock protection. Supports logic processing of analog (4-20mA, 0-10V) and digital DI/DO signals, and completes continuous process regulation and switch interlocking.


2. On-site I/O signal management interfaces with the corresponding I/O terminal modules to collect signals from sensors such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and flow rate. The output signal controls the regulating valve, solenoid valve and motor.


3. Multi-channel communication interaction supports DeltaV internal system bus, enabling real-time data exchange with upper-level operation stations, other controllers, and I/O cards. Ethernet interface, supporting industrial TCP/IP, can be connected to SCADA, upper-level HMI, and third-party systems. Some versions are compatible with the Modbus protocol.


4. Self-diagnosis and fault alarm real-time self-check module power supply, CPU, memory, communication link; Panel LED indicator lights: power, operation, fault, communication status. When a fault occurs, an alarm is triggered and a diagnostic log is recorded. Support fault location to facilitate rapid troubleshooting by operation and maintenance.


5. Data storage and historical snapshots
