Functional features: As a key component of the SIS system, it supports 8-channel 4-20mA current output, with an accuracy of ±0.25%, over-range protection (+42.5VDC) and fast fault switching capability (<10 microseconds), suitable for high-precision process control.
Technical certification: Meets TUV SIL3 certification, adopts TMR redundant design to ensure stability in extreme environments.
Application scenarios: commonly used in scenarios requiring precise analog signal output, such as refinery pressure regulation and chemical plant reactor temperature control.
2. TRICONEX 3721 safety fence
Functional features: 16-channel photoelectric isolation module, supports 24VDC input/output, response time <1ms, with redundant power supply and communication design, effectively isolates safety and non-safety circuits.
Technical certification: complies with IEC 61508 SIL3 standard, protection level IP65, suitable for -40℃ to 70℃ wide temperature environment.
