Product Features
YOKOGAWA CP461-50 supports dual-redundant configuration, requiring two CP461 modules of the same model to ensure uninterrupted system operation in case of single module failure.
YOKOGAWA CP461-50 is equipped with dual redundant Vnet/IP interfaces to enhance the anti-interference capability and continuity of network communication.
YOKOGAWA CP461-50 main memory is backed up by a battery, which can maintain data storage for up to 72 hours after a power failure, and the battery charging time is at least 48 hours, which ensures fast data recovery when power is restored after a power failure.
YOKOGAWA CP461-50 can connect up to 13 node units/FCUs, including ESB bus node units (ANB10) and optical ESB bus node units (ANB11), and supports the expansion of I/O channels via ESB bus (including optical ESB bus).
YOKOGAWA CP461-50 is equipped with 2 READY contact outputs (NC, C terminals), which are rated at 30V DC, 0.3A max. when FCU fails. It can output FCU failure contact signals, monitor the cabinet environment status (via HK bus and optical ESB bus), and display HKU operation status and system alarms in the HIS (human-machine interface).
Product Using Principle
YOKOGAWA CP461-50 receives I/O signals from the expansion node unit, executes the control program stored in the memory (supporting 72 hours of battery backup after power failure), and outputs control commands to the field devices.
In dual redundant configuration, YOKOGAWA CP461-50 operate synchronously and automatically switch over in case of single module failure, ensuring uninterrupted control.
YOKOGAWA CP461-50 can communicate with the upper layer system through the dual redundant Vnet/IP interface and interact with the expansion node unit through the ESB bus (including optical ESB bus) to realize distributed control.
YOKOGAWA CP461-50 can provide real-time feedback of FCU operation status through READY contact output, and trigger the contact to disconnect in case of failure, and optional HKU interface to extend environment monitoring and alarm function.
