EA402 is an extension cable specially designed by Vibra-Meter for the TQ 422/TQ 432 series eddy current sensor systems. In eddy current measurement technology, the probe, extension cable and preamplifier together form a precise and tuned LC oscillation circuit. The electrical characteristics of the three must be precisely matched to ensure that the entire system achieves the nominal linearity, sensitivity and stability.

Model 913-402-000-013-A2-E090-F0-G000 is a 9.0-meter-long Intrinsically Safe extension cable. EA402 is specifically designed for condition monitoring systems that need to operate safely in high-risk explosive gas environments such as ATEX/IECEx Zone 0/1 or Class I Div 1. This cable adopts a special low-energy design concept and is marked with a prominent blue label, ensuring that even under internal or external fault conditions, the energy it releases is far lower than the minimum ignition energy required to ignite the surrounding explosive mixture, thereby providing the highest level of safety for personnel and equipment. Seamless integration with the VM600 ecosystem, as an original factory accessory, its performance parameters have been fully incorporated into the database of the VM600 condition monitoring system. The configuration software will automatically apply the correct calibration parameters to achieve "out-of-the-box" functionality.
