Principle of Use
Emerson EPRO MMS3120/022-000 is based on eddy current sensing technology and measures the vibration signal of bearings or shafts through non-contact:
Signal acquisition: The sensor (such as PR9266) converts mechanical vibration into electrical signals and inputs them into the transmitter for amplification and filtering
Data processing: The transmitter converts the signal into an analog output proportional to the vibration velocity or displacement, and triggers an alarm through threshold comparison
