Product Function
Data acquisition: EPRO MMS6823 continuously collects data from the connected MMS6000 board through the RS485 bus, and collects characteristic values, report data, and board status data in real time. It can support up to 192 channels and can monitor multiple parameter states of rotating machinery.
Data transmission: There are two data output methods, namely MODBUS RTU/ASCII and Ethernet TCP/IP. According to the XML configuration file, MODBUS can be RTU or ASCII; DCS can access these data in combination with the EPRO MMS6823 system and DEH. Ethernet TCP/IP central communication is carried out through a standard RJ45 connector with an adaptive data transmission rate of 10-100 Mbps, which enables remote control, monitoring, configuration and debugging.
Redundant design: The module provides input power redundancy. This improves the reliability and stability of the equipment and ensures that the equipment can continue to operate even if there is a power problem.
Phase key signal adjustment: This will provide users with a key phase signal adjustment function, allowing simple phase calibration while making precise measurements. This is essential for analyzing the operating status of rotating machinery.
Multi-threaded data processing: The data acquisition communication service program uses multi-threading technology to read and write data in parallel for each channel of the EPRO MMS6823 board. Each serial port is controlled by a separate thread for reading and writing, ensuring data synchronization between channels.
