Working Principle

1. Eddy current effect principle: EPRO PR6426/000-030 and preamplifier (such as CON021) form an oscillation circuit, and measure the distance change between the probe and the metal target (such as the shaft surface) through the electromagnetic field attenuation amplitude. It has been calibrated with 42CrMo4 steel before leaving the factory. When installing, you only need to adjust the air gap to the preset value (about 1.5 mm), and no additional calibration is required.
2. Compatibility: EPRO PR6426/000-030 is compatible with EPRO MMS 3000/6000 monitoring system, meeting international standards such as API 670 and DIN 45670
3. Zero point calibration: Place EPRO PR6426/000-030 on a standard substrate (such as a zero plate), and take the average value by multiple measurements with the preamplifier.

Linearity verification: Select 20%, 50%, and 80% of the range points to ensure that the error is <1%.
