Functional Characteristics

Excellent Isolation Performing: With an isolation between the user input and the logic and rack ground of 250VAC continuous and 1500VAC for 1 minute, GE IC200ALG320 can effectively isolate the interference between the input and output circuits and improve the stability and reliability of the entire system.

Output Over-range Ability: There is a small amount of over-range current for each channel, about 20.38mA current size can output to drive the output load, to provide some special load requirements of the additional drive capacity.

Multi-channel Output: Four single-ended analog output channels of GE IC200ALG320 can output 4mA to 20mA output current signal with a resolution of 4µA, allowing simultaneous control of multiple analog devices.

Fault Diagnosis

LED Indicator Diagnosis: The OK LED and the FLD PWR LED can be easily confirmed whether the field power and the backplane power are normal. If the corresponding LED does not light up or flashes abnormally, it may indicate a power supply problem or GE IC200ALG320 failure.

Current Output Monitoring: Seek to observe the output current of each channel on a regular basis. The output current is significantly larger or smaller than usual, or the module output is much less stable than the initial state. This may be due to a short-circuit fault in the module output circuit or the attached load circuit.
