Input voltage: 125 V DC (solenoid valve power supply) / 28 V DC (control relay power supply).
Communication interface: Ethernet, ARCNET (connected to the controller via APL 10-pin port).
Operating temperature: -40°C ~ +70°C.
I/O capacity: supports 3 solenoid valves (ETD, Electrical Trip Devices) and 8 flame detector inputs.
Redundant design: supports TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) or Simplex configuration.
Safety certification: UL certified.
Features
Emergency trip protection: Rapidly cut off the gas turbine power supply through triple redundant relay circuit to prevent equipment damage due to overspeed, flame abnormality and other faults. Built-in metal oxide varistor (MOV) suppresses electromagnetic interference and ensures signal stability.
Flame monitoring and diagnosis: GE IS200TRPGH1B IS200TRPGH1BDE supports 8 Geiger-Mueller flame detectors to monitor the combustion status in real time. Through relay drive control line current detection, diagnose the relay contact status and improve system reliability.
Modularity and scalability: GE IS200TRPGH1B IS200TRPGH1BDE can be used with VTUR board (Mark VI) or TTURH1C board (Mark VIe), supporting control engine and external hardware interface.
Hardware Installation
Solenoid valve connection: Connect 3 solenoid valves to the first set of I/O terminal blocks, and ensure that the power line (125 V DC) is connected to the J1 port.
Flame detectors: 8 detectors are connected through the second set of terminal blocks, and the power is provided by the J3, J4, and J5 ports.
System Configuration
Redundancy mode selection: TMR configuration (H1A/H1B version): 3 redundant relays for each solenoid valve.
Simple configuration (H2A/H2B version): 1 relay for each solenoid valve.
