Multi-functional and high-density signal interface

The sensor signal access, through J1 and J2, can connect up to 4 eddy current sensors and 2 rotational speed sensors, forming the basis for comprehensive monitoring of a large rotating machine.

Flexible alarm output and four local relays are its key functions. The status of these relays is fully controlled by the software logic of MPC4 and can be assigned to any alarm event. They can directly drive on-site alarm lights, stop solenoid valves or send hardwired signals to PLCS, achieving rapid and reliable local protection.

Standardized process signal output, with 4 channels of 4-20mA/0-20mA current output, transmits key machine status parameters to the DCS or SCADA system in the form of industrial standard signals, facilitating centralized monitoring and historical recording.

Original signal buffered output, 4-channel buffered "original" sensor signal output, retaining the original waveform without MPC4 processing. This is of great value for those who need more in-depth offline analysis or fault diagnosis.

Strong external control and interaction capabilities

Alarm reset allows the operator to clear the triggered alarm through an external button or PLC signal, restoring the system to a normal monitoring state.

Danger bypass, Under special working conditions such as equipment startup or testing, the output of the danger level relay can be temporarily disabled through this signal to prevent accidental tripping.

Alarm doubling allows for dynamic adjustment of alarm thresholds based on external working conditions, achieving more intelligent adaptive monitoring.

The output impedance is 2000Ω, and the impedance for buffering the "original" signal output is 2000 ohms. This means that its ability to drive long cables or devices with low input impedance is relatively weak.
