The MPC4 (Model: 200-510-070-113) is the core processing unit of the VM600 series mechanical protection system in the VM product line. This is a continuously online, powerful mechanical protection card that adopts advanced digital signal processing technology and is used for real-time monitoring and protection of critical rotating equipment.

This model belongs to the early hardware version of the "standard" version (Hardware version 113) and is one of the most classic and widely used single cards in the VM600 system. It needs to be used in conjunction with the IOC4T input/output card to jointly form a complete monitoring channel. MPC4 200-510-070-113 core function is to simultaneously process four dynamic signals (such as vibration and displacement) and two key signals (rotational speed), and through programmable alarm setting values, machinery protection card promptly issues alarm or shutdown signals when the equipment malfunctions, preventing equipment damage.
