Wide input range and environmental tolerance for global deployment

Compatible with general mains power, it supports a wide input range of 115VAC ±10% and 230VAC ±10%, and can automatically identify or switch through a simple jumper. This means that the same hardware can be seamlessly deployed in any factory around the world that uses standard mains power, greatly simplifying supply chain management and spare parts inventory.

Conformal Coating, 200-582-500-021. All printed circuit boards are coated with a transparent polymer film, providing excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-mold and anti-chemical corrosion capabilities, enabling them to operate reliably for a long time in harsh industrial environments with high humidity, much dust or the presence of slight chemical gases.

With a wide temperature range, the RPS6U can operate at full capacity within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to +70°C, covering the vast majority of control room and field cabinet application scenarios.

Deep collaboration with the VM600 platform

Backplane communication: The RPS6U communicates with the rack controller via the backplane bus of the VM600 rack. The 200-582-500-021 can not only report its own telemetry data such as voltage, current and temperature, but also receive instructions from the autonomous controller. This deep integration enables the VM600 Manager software to centrally monitor and record the power status, providing data support for predictive maintenance.

Standardized interface, adopting the standard IEC 320 C14 power socket, compatible with the globally universal power cord, and extremely convenient installation.

Engineering optimization for service and maintenance

The front panel operation features all status indicators and power switches located on the front panel. Maintenance personnel can complete most diagnoses and operations without opening the rear cover of the rack.

The modular design, as an independent 6U module, standardifies and toolizes the replacement process, enabling even junior engineers to complete it in a short time.
