Core signal processing unit: IQS900 signal conditioner
The essential partner provides power supply, signal demodulation and standardized output -2V to -18V or 4-20mA
Key points for selection: Choose the corresponding Bxx code based on the required range and output type
Extension cable: EA402 9.0m
The key to achieving H10 lies in the selection of a 9.0-meter-long EA402 extension cable
Note: EA402 also has its own ordering code system. It is necessary to ensure that its environment and connector options match the system
Connection protection IP 172 connection protector
It is strongly recommended for protecting the connection between the male connector of TQ412 (F1) and the female connector of EA402 extension cable, providing IP-rated sealing and mechanical strength to compensate for the interruption of F1 protection at the connection point
The system platform is VM600 / VM900
The IQS900 module can be integrated into Meggitt's VM900 online monitoring system to achieve centralized data management, advanced analysis and protection interlocking
Install the attachment
The MA 130 can be used to install the IQS900 on the DIN rail
The PA 15x series is used for probe installation and adaptation in non-standard holes

Key advantages |
-Cost-effective mechanical protection - Complies with the latest safety /EMC standards - Flexible 1+9m wiring architecture |
- The lowest cost - Light weight and small bending radius |
- All-round protection, suitable for the harshest environments -FEP offers excellent chemical inertness |
- Higher frequency response, suitable for high-frequency fault analysis |
-has a large global installed capacity and a mature ecosystem - Abundant spare parts and engineer resources
|
|
Main disadvantages |
-The upper limit of frequency response is lower than that of the old version -There exists a connection point |
-Cables are prone to damage and have a high risk of reliability - Not suitable for harsh environments |
- The highest cost -heavier and larger bending radius |
-The platform is relatively old and may not meet the latest electrical safety standards |
- Incompatible with the Meggitt VM platform -The initial cost is equally high |
| Typical application scenarios | For large steam turbines, generators, fans, etc., the near-end environment of the sensors is harsh, and the remote end is connected to the control room | Wiring in laboratories, small motors, or fully protected cable trays | Areas with strong corrosive media such as offshore platforms, petrochemical refining, and pharmaceuticals | Special research or diagnostic scenarios that require the analysis of extremely high-frequency vibration signals |
All kinds of key rotating machinery worldwide, especially in factories that already have Bently systems |
Choose this model (F1, H10). When your application environment involves high-temperature radiation, tool collisions, and friction from moving parts, and there is no need to resist strong chemical corrosion, it is the best choice in terms of cost performance. It strikes a balance between protection, cost and modern compliance requirements.
Choose version F0. It is only recommended for situations where the budget is extremely tight and the installation environment is very clean, safe and controlled. Any unexpected physical damage may lead to system failure.
When your site contains strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents or other corrosive chemicals, you must choose the F2 version. This is the "ultimate" protective solution designed for extreme chemical environments.
Consider the old platform (IQS450). Unless you have a clear need for high-frequency analysis, it is not recommended for new projects to choose it. Priority should be given to new platforms that comply with the latest safety standards.
If your factory has fully adopted Bently Nevada's 3500/2300 system, in order to maintain consistency and make use of existing resources, choosing its similar products might be a more pragmatic decision.
