CA134 144-134-000-613 is a Meggitt Vibra-meter high-temperature piezoelectric charge output single-axis acceleration sensor with a sensitivity of 10pC/g, a frequency response of 0.5 to 6000Hz, an operating temperature range of -54 to 500 ° C, and support for ATEX explosion-proof. Meet SIL2 application requirements. The airtight nickel alloy housing is equipped with an integrated MI mineral insulated armored cable. The differential output has strong anti-interference ability and can withstand short-term impact overload up to 1000g. It is widely used for online monitoring and fault diagnosis of high-temperature shell vibration in industrial gas turbines, turbines and compressors. It needs to be matched with an IPC707 charge amplifier
