Product Description

CA202 144-202-000-206 is a Meggitt Vibra-meter standard piezoelectric acceleration sensor, equipped with a 3-meter integrated armored low-noise cable. It adopts a shear-type piezoelectric sensitive element and outputs a charge signal with a sensitivity of 100pC/g. It is compatible with wideband vibration acquisition ranging from 0.5 to 6000Hz and can measure acceleration from 0.01 to 400g. The product adopts a fully sealed austenitic stainless steel shell, which can withstand high temperatures ranging from -55 to 260℃, resist moisture, oil stains and salt spray corrosion, and has strong stability. This model is a non-explosion-proof version and needs to be paired with a charge amplifier to convert signals. It is mostly used for online vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of steam turbines, large pumps, fans, and gear units. It is a core sensing component for condition monitoring of rotating equipment in heavy industry. With its high reliability, it is widely applied in long-term operation and maintenance early warning of key units in energy, heavy industry, and other fields.

Core Functions

1. Vibration signal acquisition The CA202 144-202-000-206 adopts symmetrical shear-type polycrystalline piezoelectric sensitive elements, converting the mechanical vibration acceleration of the equipment into a charge signal output (two-wire system, electrical isolation of the housing), with a fixed sensitivity of 100 pC/g, capable of capturing peak vibrations ranging from 0.01 to 400g. The frequency response ranges from 0.5 to 6000Hz, covering the fault characteristic frequency bands of the vast majority of rotating machinery such as steam turbines, fans, and pumps.

2. Harsh environment tolerance test: The continuous operating temperature of the CA202 144-202-000-206 body is -55 ℃ to 260℃, and the temperature resistance of the integrated cable is -55 ℃ to 200℃. The fully sealed welded structure of austenitic stainless steel can resist corrosive environments such as high humidity, water vapor, oil stains, salt spray and dust. It has a peak impact resistance of up to 1000g, a lateral sensitivity of ≤3%, and stable measurement accuracy.

3. Equipment failure early warning and monitoring: Real-time collection of vibration data of the unit, equipped with charge amplifiers such as IPC704/IPC707, converts charge signals into standard voltage/current signals and sends them to the unit monitoring system such as VM600, for early diagnosis of rotor imbalance, bearing wear, gear faults, etc., to achieve online monitoring of equipment status.
