EPRO PR6423/010-040 Non-contact measurement based on eddy current effect:
EPRO PR6423/010-040 works with the preamplifier to form an oscillation circuit. When the sensor probe approaches a conductive metal target (such as the surface of a shaft), the change in the electromagnetic field causes the oscillator amplitude to attenuate, and the attenuation amplitude is proportional to the distance between the probe and the target. .
Factory pre-calibration: Linear calibration is performed using 42CrMo4 calibration material. No additional calibration is required during installation. Only the air gap needs to be adjusted until the output signal of the preamplifier meets the requirements.
Signal processing: The preamplifier converts the distance signal into a standard current/voltage output, and uses the module to realize real-time monitoring of dynamic vibration, displacement and other parameters.
