Working principle
EPRO PR9268/302-000 adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction:
Internal structure: EPRO PR9268/302-000 consists of a seismic block, a measuring coil supported by a spring sheet, and a permanent magnet. When the housing vibrates with the device, the coil generates relative motion in the magnetic field, generating a voltage signal proportional to the vibration speed.
Signal processing: The output signal is transmitted to the monitoring system through the Harting connector, supporting dual sensitivity modes (16.7 mV/mm/s or 22.0 mV/mm/s) to adapt to different working conditions.
Installation and maintenance
Installation requirements
Calibration: 42CrMo4 steel has been calibrated before leaving the factory. Only the air gap needs to be adjusted to the preset value (about 1.5 mm) during installation.
Directional restrictions: EPRO PR9268/302-000 must be installed strictly in vertical or horizontal directions, with a deviation of ≤±10° (PR9268/30x series).
Maintenance recommendations
Regularly check the cable connection and shield grounding to avoid signal interference.
Verify the calibration accuracy every 3 months. It is recommended to shorten the cycle in high temperature environments.
