Product Using Principle
GE IS200ECTBG1ADE receives control commands from the excitation system (e.g. excitation current regulation signals) via 6 auxiliary contact inputs and transmits the signals to the Mark VI main controller (e.g. DSPX board).
GE IS200ECTBG1ADE generates control signals according to a preset algorithm and drives the excitation power unit (e.g. SCR trigger module) via 4 general-purpose relay outputs, as well as emergency shutdown protection via 2 trip contact outputs.
In the TMR configuration, the three IS200ECTBG1ADE modules are synchronized to process the signals, which ensures output consistency by means of a majority voting mechanism, and automatically switches over to the redundant channel in case of failure of one of the modules.
