The IS220PCNOH1A is equipped with a Hilscher dedicated communication chip and serves as the bus master to connect to up to 5 Woodward GS6/GS16 servo valves. The module is equipped with a dual-redundant 100M Ethernet access system IONet network, achieving bidirectional data interaction between the controller and the on-site valve through a 500kbps CAN bus, and completing the issuance of valve position instructions and the collection of fault feedback. Supports hot-swappable online maintenance and full-chain fault diagnosis, and is compatible with thermal power and gas turbine renovation projects. This module is only compatible with the Mark VIe/VIeS platform and is not universal with the hardware and bus architecture of the Mark V system. It is the core communication conversion hardware for realizing the connection of third-party digital servo valves to the GE turbine control system.

Three core hardware functions
1. CANopen master station data forwarding serves as the bus master station, supporting up to 5 Woodward GS6/GS16 gas turbine servo valve slave stations, with a fixed bus rate of 500kbps. Collect the valve position, fault and feedback signals, and simultaneously issue the valve position adjustment instructions to the controller to complete the bidirectional data mapping between CANopen and Mark VIe IONet Ethernet.
2. The cross-protocol gateway converts the upper layer to access the Mark VIe TMR controller network through dual 100M Ethernet channels; The lower-level CAN bus is directly connected to the on-site actuator, solving the problem of incompatibility between the original GE controller and the third-party servo valve protocol. It is widely used in unit modification and gas turbine combustion control circuits.
3. Built-in diagnostic and status monitoring: On-board temperature sensor, multiple status LED indicator lights, real-time monitoring of power supply, Ethernet link, CAN bus communication, and the online status of bus slave stations; When there is packet loss in communication, bus short circuit or valve offline, the fault alarm is automatically uploaded to the operator interface, and it supports SOE timing recording. The module supports hot-swapping for online replacement, and the control logic of the entire machine will not be interrupted in case of a single card failure.
