Technical Parameters
Input voltage: 24 VDC (nominal), compatible with 27.4–28.6 VDC range.
Power consumption: about 25 watts, with natural cooling design.
Ethernet: dual RJ45 ports (ENet1/Enet2), support 10BaseT/100BaseTX redundant network, improve system reliability.
ARCNET protocol: used for high-speed data exchange and connection with TSVO servo terminal board.
Number of channels: 4 channels, GE IS220PSVOH1A support position, speed, and force control modes
Accuracy: 0.1%, resolution up to 0.01%.
Processor: GE IS220PSVOH1A equipped with onboard flash memory and RAM, built-in temperature sensor, support real-time data processing.
Operating temperature: -40°C to +70°C (industrial-grade wide temperature design).
Protection level: IP20.
Certification: passed CE, UL, cUL, RoHS and other international safety certifications.
Operation Principle
Input signal acquisition: receive sensor signals (such as valve position and pressure) through TSVO servo terminal board, eliminate DC offset through digital-to-analog converter (DAC), and improve ADC accuracy.
Data processing and transmission: The local processor performs filtering and real-time analysis, and uploads data to the Mark VIe controller or host system (such as ControlST software) via Ethernet or ARCNET.
Dual valve position loop management: Use the WSVO servo drive module to independently control the two servo valve position loops to ensure stability.
Output control: After receiving the command, the actuator (such as solenoid valve, regulator) is driven through the analog output to complete the closed-loop control.
Redundant network: The dual Ethernet interfaces support hot backup, and automatically switch when any port fails to ensure continuous operation.
Configuration tool: Parameter setting is performed through the Control System Toolbox or ToolboxST application, and automatic or manual reconfiguration of modules is supported.
