Usages: Hima F7113 provides hot-swappable replacement capabilities of the module during ongoing operation without affecting normal operation of the entire system.

Flexibility: Hima F7113 deploys upgradeable redundant configurations, such as dual redundancy, quad redundancy, hexa redundancy, and octa redundancy, which are flexible selections depending on the specific application requirements.

Installation and wiring: Hima F7113 has three different mounting sizes and two different wiring methods, panel, and rack mount installations, to match with different installation environments and requirements.

Monitoring and diagnosis: It has module line monitoring function, can automatically store 500 diagnostic information, and can transmit all diagnostic information to the DCS system, thus the user can timely understand the operation status and fault information of the module.

System flexibility: Each system can house up to 200 I/O modules & 16 racks; therefore, safety networks can accommodate up 250 systems and 1472 I/O points per cabinet.

Features

Task handling: Each task can handle independently; the user can also define the cycle time for each task in meeting the real-time requirements of different tasks.

Signal conditioning: Hima F7113 has the capability of conditioning the input digital signal such as filtering, amplifying, shaping, etc. to increase the quality and reliability of the signal: ensure that, for instance, the system accurately obtains and processes the signal while concurrently minimizing signal interference and errors.

Data storage function: Each I/O module can automatically store up to 500 diagnostic information, which can provide useful data input for fault analysis and system maintenance. This will further reduce the time taken to locate the problem, thus reducing system downtimes.

Multi-tasking: The multi-task processing of Hima F7113 will allow for the separate run-functions of each task. Change routines in one task will not affect the operation of other tasks. A user may also set cycle time for each task for flexible scheduling and optimization of different tasks to improve operation efficiency and response time of the system.  

Application

Traffic: Hima F7113 may be applied in the controlling of signal systems, administration of train control systems, coordination of lift and escalator control systems, and so forth in railway and automobile production to ensure safety and efficacious movement in traffic, for example, opening screen doors in subway stations and executing control over the elevators.

Large Public Buildings: The Hima F7113 serves in various large public buildings, such as airports, railway stations, shopping centers, theaters, and so on, to ensure safety for human life and normal operation of building facilities by functioning in unison with control and management of fire alarm systems, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, in addition to elevator group control systems.

Pump stations: Hima F7113 controls and monitors the pump stations, valves, compressors, and other equipment in long-distance oil and gas pipelines to provide automated management and safety protection during the process of oil and gas transit, including leak detection and alarm system, flow control, pressure control, and so on, to ensure efficiency and safety during long-distance transport of oil and gas.

Petrochemicals: Hima F7113 is applied for controlling the safety logic of important equipment and process flow during oil refining and chemical production, including the emergency shutdown system, the fire and gas monitoring systems, as well as unit control through beginning and end of cycle in oil refining for ensuring safety and reliability of the process of production and subsequent compensation for the severe losses from the breakdown.
