1. Multi-type signal acquisition and adaptation

4 independent programmable dynamic channels, which can be connected to eddy current probes, IEPE acceleration sensors, speed sensors, and dynamic pressure transmitters to collect displacement, acceleration, and speed signals; It features 2 speed/phase channels, compatible with magnetic pulse, eddy current and TTL speed probes, supports frequency-divided speed calculation, and simultaneously monitors the sensor gap in real time. It can automatically determine whether the probe is disconnected or short-circuit, achieving self-diagnosis of the sensor.


2. On-board digital Signal processing

Built-in DSP chip, capable of performing programmable high and low pass/band pass digital filtering, signal integration and differentiation operations, and automatically calculating RMS value, peak value, and peak-to-peak value; Supports order tracking, which can extract the vibration amplitude and phase at different rotational speeds, accurately identifying the characteristics of unbalanced and misaligned rotational faults.


3. Programmable protection alarm logic

Early warning and danger threshold can be customized by software, supporting alarm delay, dead zone, and self-locking hold. The speed adaptive trip value can be set. When the unit exceeds the critical speed, the protection threshold will be automatically relaxed to prevent accidental shutdown during the normal speed-up process. Supports multi-channel and/or logical voting, and can be configured with a three-to-two security mechanism.


4. Data output and system communication

It does not contain hard output itself. It works in conjunction with the IOC4T card to output 4-20mA/0-10V analog quantities and connect to the DCS. It is equipped with an RLC16 relay card to output passive switch quantities, triggering ESD shutdown. Supports VM600 dedicated protocol and Modbus RTU, and can transmit real-time monitoring data and fault records to the upper-level SCADA.
