Measurement Range: The Vibration TSW101M1 provides a dynamic measurement range of 125 μm pp, 250 μm pp, and 500 μm pp, which can be selected by a dip switch. This allows the vibration on the shaft to be measured according to the specific needs of the application.

Frequency Range: It has a frequency range of 1-1000 Hz with a bandpass filter of 20 dB/decade. Vibrations below the detection frequency range are at the low and high frequency extremes. This means that vibrations in this frequency range can be easily measured and analyzed, which is critical for detecting and diagnosing multiple mechanical problems related to rotating shafts.

Output Signal: It provides two types of analog outputs. One operates in the range of 4 to 20 mA with a maximum load of 500 ω, where the comparator is usually used to transmit the measured vibration signal to other control or monitoring systems. The other is a static distance signal voltage output with a sensitivity of 4mV/μm after superimposing vibration. This voltage output is short-circuit protected and decoupled against interference, so a load resistance of ≥ 20kω is allowed.

Zero/4mA Correction: The zero correction of the Vibration TSW101M1 is adjustable via a potentiometer to ensure accuracy. When the machine is off, small signal interference may cause the 4mA output to deviate. The regulator can then be adjusted so that the output reads back to the 4mA position, with an intermediate compensation of approximately ±0.15mA.

Operating Temperature Range: The operating temperature range is -25 to 85°C and can be applied in many other industrial environments with varying manufacturing processes.


Product Features

Non-Contact Measurement: The Vibration TSW101M1 is designed for non-contact measurement of relative shaft vibration. Installing a proximity sensor will accurately measure the movement of the shaft without direct contact with the body/component. This not only prevents damage to the shaft, but also has the advantage of producing more reliable and consistent measurements over time.

Fault Indication: An internal fault indication function controls the device. A fault indication occurs if the measurement object is out of the measurement range, or if the proximity sensor itself is open or shorted, or if the cable connection is interrupted. This is supported by a 2mA signal from the analog output and a red LED, which allows quick identification of possible faults in the measurement system. 

Configuration Flexibility: Selectable dynamic measurement range and adjustable zero point provide configuration flexibility for the Vibration TSW101M1. The settings can be easily customized according to the characteristics of the object being measured and the application requirements, ensuring the measurement achieves the best accuracy and performance.
